Place the combination lock all to zero. Then, with a small needle, insert it into the hole on the side of the lock. You should hear a clicking sound if the lock has been reset. If you’re lock remains locked, please contact the manufacturer of the luggage for further assistance.

The only person who has the key, is the TSA agent. The key is a universal key for any TSA-approved lock.

We do not break product sets, however many of the sets do come in an individual 20'' carry-on size.

We only accept credit card or debit card information presently. We are working on including PayPal secure payment as a option as well.

Presently we only ship within the continental US. However, we are currently hoping to over International shipping soon.

Currently we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
You should receive tracking information within 2 days.

Most will receive their package within 2 weeks of ordering, exceptions around busy holiday seasons.

Any products that you receive that are wrong, please contact us immediately at or 909.923.3768. We will work to get the correct product out to you as soon as possible.
Within 30 days of purchase, any unused merchandise can be returned, via a customer-paid UPS return label. Upon receiving the return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, unless otherwise specified. Your refund will include the price of the bag, and taxes; but will not include any original shipping charges, if applicable. All returned items must be in the condition you received them, all hang tags attached and in original packaging. After 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
We do issue refunds for returns, but are not guaranteed based on condition of returned product. When you receive the refund may vary based on payment method. If you’re receiving a refund via credit card, please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
